Brownie with Walnut
Recipe:
- 4 eggs (Keep them at room temperature:))
- 175 gr. Butter
- 100 gr bitter (dark) chocolate
- 1 glass of sugar
- 1 packet of powder vanilla
- 3 spoons of cocoa
- 1 glass of wheat flour
- 1 glass of crushed walnut (crush them as fairly bigger pieces:))
Making:
Crush bitter chocolates and crush butter into cubic pieces, melt them all on cooker bainmarie style. Then take away from cooker and keep it await until it becomes to a warm state. On the other side break all the egss into a cup and mix with sugar, stir them up until it becomes to a foamy state. Then add chocolate butter melt mixture into this and go on stirring up. Add powder vanilla and cocoa and go on stirring up. Then mix wheat flour and baking powder through a sieve. After this mix them all together via spatula. Go on stirring up slightly also after adding walnuts. Apply margarine on all inner surfaces of a 24x24 cm square (preferable better made of glass) tray. Then pour final mixture into this tray and cook in the owen at 175C for 40 minutes. After cooking, keep it until it is at room temperature. You may serve it with chocolate sauce and ice cream.
